How are the prices shown?

What is the delivery charge?
NZD 25 anywhere in New Zealand, free once the order reaches NZD 100.
Can I mix materials in one order?
Yes. Add each material and each size as its own line and the order ships together.
What is the difference between the three stainless heights?
50 mm stops a mower running into a bed, 100 mm is the general purpose depth and stops grass runners, and 200 mm holds back a change of level or a deep mulch bed.
Which products are sold in packs?
The plastic edging spikes come in 10, 50 and 100, and the U shaped garden stakes come in a pack of 50. Everything else is per item, per metre or per section.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or premises, which is how the prices stay where they are.
I haven't received my order yet! is it lost?

How do i know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are a "online supplier", with no physical shop or premises. In this way, we are able to pass our considerable savings directly to you.
Do i get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery anywhere in New Zealand is NZD 25, and it is free once your order reaches NZD 100. It takes five to seven days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in $NZD- New Zealand Pounds

We accept card payments and PayPal through our secure checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery anywhere in New Zealand is NZD 25, and it is free once your order reaches NZD 100. There is one delivery service rather than a choice of speeds.
How long does delivery take?
Five to seven days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.
Do you deliver across the whole NZ?
Yes, anywhere in New Zealand, from Cape Reinga to Bluff, including Waiheke and Stewart Island.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The per metre and per section ranges are sold by the unit, so you can order one metre or one section if that is all you need.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes, under our own policy. New Zealand law gives no automatic cooling off period on an online order, so this is goodwill rather than a statutory right: you have 15 days from purchase, the goods come back unused and in resaleable condition at your cost, and a $39 packing and handling fee per order is not refunded. Email us with your order number first.
What if the item is faulty or not what was described?
That is a separate and stronger right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and it is not limited to a number of days: it runs for as long as the goods should reasonably have lasted. You can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.
Who pays return postage if I simply change my mind?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Most orders are picked within 24 hours, so the sooner the better.
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order ships. Items in one order can travel in separate parcels.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payment and PayPal, both through a secure checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site.
What currency are prices in?
New Zealand dollars, and that is what your card is charged.
Do you sell to trade or in bulk?
Yes. Use the wholesale quote page with the lengths and quantities you need and we will come back with a price.
