GardenEdge New Zealand sells garden and lawn edging online across New Zealand. The range is five materials: a recycled plastic kit at 50 mm, 304 stainless steel in 50 mm, 100 mm and 200 mm face heights, corten weathering steel at 100 mm, black powder coated steel at 100 mm, and a decorative stone effect border sold per 24 cm section. The metal and plastic edging is sold by the running metre with no minimum order. Plastic bends to a curve by hand and pegs down with a mallet; the 1.5 mm steels hold a straight line and take a gentle curve; the 0.5 mm stainless is the most flexible metal and the one that will not stain pale paving; corten develops a stable rust patina and can mark pale paving below it while it weathers. Also sold: the tools that cut and fit an edge (a manual lawn edging tool, a half moon shovel and a rubber mallet) and accessories (plastic edging spikes in 10, 50 and 100 packs, U shaped landscape staples in packs of 50, weed barrier fabric two metres wide, leather gardening gloves in S to XL, and a memory foam kneeling pad). It is an online only shop with no showroom and no installation service. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Delivery is NZ wide, free on orders of NZD 100 or more and otherwise a flat NZD 25, arriving in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. There is one delivery service rather than a choice of speeds. Payment is by card (Stripe) or PayPal. Returns: everything sold here is covered by this shop's own 15 day change-of-mind policy, at the buyer's cost and with a $39 handling fee per order. New Zealand law adds no statutory cooling-off right. NOTHING is cut to a customer's measurement before it ships: the metal edging is supplied in fixed interlocking sections of roughly a metre and the plastic by the metre, and a customer who wants a shorter run trims it themselves. So the 15 day change-of-mind policy covers every product on this site. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to everything, run for as long as the goods should reasonably have lasted, and are unaffected.
